CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR 1 or 2 SERVICES PER PERSON
More than 24 hours notice - cancelled without charge. Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of original total price will be charged. Failure to show - Original total price will be charged. FOR 3 or MORE SERVICES OR A PACKAGE PER PERSON More than 72 hours notice - cancelled without charge. Less than 72 hours notice - 50% of original total price will be charged. Failure to show - Original total price will be charged. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY In order to be able to start your service(s) on time, Spa Etiquette highly recommends that you should arrive at your appointment approximately 5-10 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may need to cut your service short to allow for the next appointment to start on time. You will still be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled service. |
